How are those New year plans going?
Apparently today, the second Friday after new year, is statistically the day you are most likely to give up on that new year resolution!
So put that chocolate bar down you where eyeing up, stop thinking about that glass of wine you might just have tonight because you’ve kinda done half of dry January already right?! Instead pop those trainers on and get out and do what ever exercise you’d planned to do this morning but thought you’d leave it today!!
